Fishing Reports

Midges, longhorn caddis, callibaetis, leeches, damsels, dragonfly nymphs, and possibly still sedge caddis. Early moring and evening will be good times to fish, but watch for a callibaetis hatch midday.

Look for hatches of callibaetis, traveling sedge, damsels, and ants. Be sure to try leech patterns, a rufus, cascade bugger, minnow bugger, carey special, and sheep creek special.

 Fish with patterns imitating callibaetis, traveling sedge, damsels, dragonflies, midges, leeches and longhorn caddis. Fish deep when nothing is happening on top. The rufus, parachute adams, hares ear, pheasant tail, stillwater nymph, ice cream cone head, white wolly bugger, and goddard caddis can be productive patterns.

 Callibaetis, longhorn caddis, traveling sedge, dragon flies, damsel flies, midges, water boatman, leeches and ants are all bugs seen on hosmer. The fishing has been very good, with midday and evening being the best time. Fish intermediates when the fishing are not looking up.

 Expect a Callibaetis hatch around 10:30am. A callibaetis nymph can be productive all day. Damsels, Chironomids, and streamers work well for the Atlantic Salmon. 

Fishing is good!
Morning: Leech Patterns, Chironomids, Damsel Nymphs, and Callibaetis Nymphs.
Afternoon: Callibaetis, Damsels, Damsel Nymphs, and Flying Ants.
Evening: Sedge Caddis, Black Caddis, Callibaetis, and Trico's.
