The McKenzie is an Oregon classic. It is a fast moving mountain freestone that runs through lush Forests, Campsites and Parks, and along side the quaint summer cabins that line it's banks in some areas. There is a nice mix of native Redband trout, stocked Rainbows, Westslope Cutthroat Trout and an occasioanal Bull Trout or Whitefish here. The McKenzie is an excellent dry fly river at times producing good hatches and terrestrial activity. You will also be fishing many types of nymphs to try to match the abundancy of naturals drifting in the currrents. We offer wade fishing trips in the upper reaches and Drift Boat trips through the Middle and Lower rivers.  Trips can be arranged from March 15th to October 31st.

The Crooked River is our original Walk and Wade spot and we've been guiding here for many years. The Crooked is a clasic desert tailwater, offering fishing nearly year round. The water runs low throughout the winter but in the  spring the flows from the reservoir jump to a perfect level for great summer and Fall angling. This tailwater can have some outstanding days any month of the year and we keep a close eye on the fishing so we are always prepared for the good days.

The Upper North Fork of the Santiam is one of our Walk and Wade spots. It runs through a thick forest surrounding you in lush green foliage. In the summer, the water runs low and clear and the trout are usually pretty cooperative. Trips can be arranged from June 1st to October 1st.

The Fall River is a classic Spring Creek with glassy currents and gin clear water. It is a true spring creek and requires a perfect drift to fool selective trout. Hatches vary throughout the year and you can expect fishable hatches nearly any day of the year. Terrestrial and streamer fishing can also be productive on the Fall River. Trips runs year round and are Walk and Wade only.
Walk and Wade for 1 or 2 people $350. Limit 2 people per guide.

The Upper Deschutes* can be broken into 2 sections. The section above Crane Prairie reservoir is a true mountain stream and great for walk and wade trips. Loaded with trout and mountain whitefish this is a great spot for a fun day. We often fish attractor dries with a small nymph as a dropper. Fishing begins in Early June and last through October.
Walk and Wade for 1 or 2 people $350.  3 people $375

The Upper Deschutes below Wickiup* has some wade fishing opportunuty too, but is best floated in a drift boat. There are some really big Brown Trout in this area but they don't come easy. Streamers and attractor dries are always fun through this section of river, but be prepared for excellent mayfly and caddis hatches too! Fishing from May to Mid-October.
Float Trip for 1 or 2 people $450.

The Cascade Lakes* offer great fishing throughout the season. At Crane Prairie you might hook the largest Rainbow of your life on a Chironomid under an indicator. East Lake offers amazing Callibaetis action all season. Davis is a tremendous Largemouth Bass fishery. Lava Lake and Little Lava are frequently all-stars and Hosmer is a unique fishery that every angler should experience.
